Welcome to FlipLink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlipLink website and services. By accessing or using FlipLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
FlipLink provides a QR code redirection service. We sell physical products (cards, stickers, etc.) containing QR codes that redirect to URLs you specify. Our service allows you to:

To use certain features of FlipLink, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
3. Purchases and Payments
Orders
When you place an order, you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Shipping
Physical products will be shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Products lost in shipping
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled

4. FlipLink Usage
Claiming FlipLinks
Each FlipLink can only be claimed once. Once claimed, the FlipLink is permanently associated with your account. FlipLinks cannot be transferred between accounts except by administrators.
Destination URLs
You are solely responsible for the destination URLs you set for your FlipLinks. You agree that your destination URLs will not:
- Link to illegal content
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Promote violence, hate, or discrimination
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Facilitate fraud or phishing
- Violate any applicable laws
Rate Limits
To prevent abuse, destination URL updates are rate-limited. Excessive updates may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use FlipLink for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our service without permission
- Resell or redistribute FlipLink products or services without authorization
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use FlipLinks for spam or unsolicited communications
6. Intellectual Property
The FlipLink name, logo, website design, and service are owned by FlipLink. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. You retain ownership of the content you link to via your FlipLinks.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
FLIPLINK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIPLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLIPLINK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlipLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content linked to via your FlipLinks
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service will immediately cease
- Your FlipLinks may be deactivated
- We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused services
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@fliplink.to.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of FlipLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlipLink regarding your use of the service.
